As of December 2007, Adoptions and Aid International (formerly the Russian Liaison Adoption Program) is no longer a licensed non-profit Russian adoption agency. The programs were taken over by Partners for Adoption, a Hague Accredited, licensed, adoption agency located in California and working with California families for 25 years. 2007Adoptions and Aid International provides drivers, interpreters, translators, home-stay families, and coordinators for each city and region. |
