I have never had such a bad experience with any company. I understand that the purpose of a business is to make money. I'm fine with that. When Steffany found out we were a same-sex couple, she all out refused to help us. The ONLY thing she was willing to do was our home study. No compassion for us trying to grow our family. . . nor any compassion to help the children that need good homes. It's sad to see that money (and not the well-being of the child) was the only motivator for any help Steffany was willing to give. |
