For families in San Diego or the southern California region, ACSD provides counseling, education, and complete adoption facilitation. Most of the birth parents they work with are also in San Diego. Also offering counseling, local community referrals and support groups to the birth parents at no charge to them. The Adoption Center of San Diego specializes in personal and face to face services, as opposed to other adoption agencies who primarily rely on internet contact. |

Our adopted daughter was born on 10/8/08... The initial information session helped us make a decision to use Adoption Center of San Diego. If you are unsure, at least attend the info session. I waited a full year to attend - that is my only regret. The support group is amazing. The adoption journey is amazing. The rates are on a sliding scale based on income. With the tax credit, it was finacially possible for us us to adopt. |
