Avoid this home study "agency" at all costs. They are unproffesional, rude, and condescending. Rather than being understanding and sensitive to the delicate emotional states of prospective adoptive parents, they find it useful to bash and insult you via email. I wouldn't want to do business with anyone that treats vulnerable people in this manner. |
