We adopted a child from Kazakhstan via WPA. We had a perfect experience. No gliches, no exasperations, nothing. We adopted another child prior to WPA, and had no where near the same experience. We would choose WPA again in a heartbeat and highly recommend it. Not sure how to make this a 5 star, but that is what it deserves. |
