If you have an option between going here and choosing a drunk hobo on the street you will get better service and be treated with more respect from the hobo than you will dealing with ANY person that works at this company. From the very first phone call these people were condescending, combative, lazy, and just plain rude. They could not even be bothered to look in a file that they admitted to having. If you do have to use Options4Adoption, quadruple check that you have multiple copies of everything they might ask for because whether they admit it or not once it has passed into their hands you can consider it gone as if it was never created in the first place. Questions regarding the paperwork were ignored outright or incorrect information was given until the day before or the day of being due. The social worker then had the audacity to chastise us for not having all the paperwork that was required. As for their fees, they charge $1500 for the study, that does not include travel pay for their social worker, and $750 for a yearly review again not including travel. Out of all of the paperwork they help with absolutely nothing. When asked about what their fees went toward they were evasive and began questioning our commitment to the adoption. Dealing with Options4Adoption has hands down been the worst part of an already frustrating experience. If we were decide to adopt again we will use another agency.
