We adopted from CAS in 2008. Our experience was very good. The staff was knowledgeable, professional and very caring. We were always treated well and could get answers to questions quickly. We adopted from Vietnam and were grandfathered in before the country closed. There were some hold ups inter-country wise and we were very impressed with the time and effort they put into explaining why we were waiting. Some members at Director level even went over to Vietnam to look into what was going on and gave us daily update reports. I would highly recommend this agency. |
