We contacted agency after agency and were always very discouraged by the fees, unreturned calls, unfriendliness of staff and the fact that we were just another family calling with questions. God lead us to CFF just as we were about to give up on our dream of adopting. I had one phone conversation with Anne and knew immediately this was where we wanted to be. Anne is knowledgable about adoption, she is kind, friendly and showed us how we could make adoption possible. Anne completed our home study at our pace, she provides the required adoption classes with her fees and is very supportive. Anne always answered my phone calls and emails, even after hours and on weekends. She goes the extra mile for you and you do not feel like a number in line for adopting but as her special friend. During our 11 month wait for our daughter Anne was a constant encouragement to us. She walked with us through the whole journey, and yes even held our hand. We were so excited when we arrived back i WI with our baby girl and could not wait to introduce her to Anne. We are currently in the process of doing our second home study with CFF. Highly recommend this agency!
