Going through Heart and Soul adoptions was the worst experience of my life. Very unprofessional, and offered no help at all. We were even in Utah twice and never met with our family representative. Stay away if you can help it. |

We absolutely loved working with Heart and Soul adoptions. They were so kind to my husband and I, and we were ALWAYS there to talk to us. Our birthmothers seemed to love them too. They really care about everyone involved, and their are what they tell you they will be from the beginning. |

We had a very positive experience with Heart and Soul in 2009. We were matched very quickly (within a month) and the staff really seemed to know what they were doing. There were times that we had to contact the staff to get the latest updates on our situation. We felt that the way they worked with the birthmother and the paperwork was professional, however. |

Heart and Soul did the relinquishment for our daughter. We had a horrible experience with this agency and found them manipulative and unprofessional. What should have been a joyful day was one of the worst days of our lives. Save yourself heartbreak and stay away from this agency. |
