We worked with them on an adoption for more than 2 years. We had to hire an attorney in Guatemala to find out where our case was in the court system. We found out it was never submitted when homecoming and their facilitator told us it was being kicked out for lack of information. Needless to say, it was a failed adoption and we were extremly heartbreaking to know that we were never able to bring our daughter home. Please always check with other people who have used the adoption agency before you make a decision. Info from their pages and the BBB is not always enough. We were also contacted by the DA in Florida who had a case against the company because of their practices. I know that about a year after our failed adoption, their office was moved to another city in Florida and opened under another name. Please be cautious. I would hate to see anyone go through what we went through. |
