Be aware! This agency is very quick to cash your checks and takes forever to provide services! After submitting our paperwork to start the adoption process, they cashed our check within days and we didn't hear from them until we contact them after a month of silence. Each time we contacted them to ask what the next step was, we were told who we needed to talk to was unavailable and messages were never returned. It was only when we stated that we wanted our money back and were contacting the Better Business Bureau that they called us within an hour! We only got a small deposit back of the thousands we had sent. This whole process took over four months to do and after a nasty conversation with their director we severed all ties with them. I would not recommend this money hungry agency to my worst enemy! I would give them zero stars, but this site will not allow that. |
