It was frustrating trying to start the adoption process with them. Yevette was dishonest and uncaring, if she makes a mistake she will not admit to it. When we wanted to talk with someone else we would always get directed back to her. Very disappointing. So far the hardest part of the adoption process has been to find an agency that cares. |
