Lutheran Social Services offers Development of an adoption plan, Pre- and post birth pregnancy counseling for you and your family, Counseling for birthparents, Community referrals for housing, medical, and emotional services, Coordination of services with hospital staff, Post-adoption counseling, as well as Foster care for the child, if desired.
