I called them and spoke with Judy. I sent them an application and fee but no other information about myself. At that point they sent me pictures of two girls "offering" them to us as a referral. They knew NOTHING about us ..no home study, no background checks, etc... That scared me enough to make me forfeit my $195 app fee and go find a reputable agency. I think we all know what happened with their orphanage in Phu Tho. I for one am glad they closed down and with all that came out against them I am not surprised. Getting a child FAST is not always the right thing to do! |

I had two wonderful experiences working with PLAN to adopt my two children. They were helpful, supportive and knew what they were doing. The experience with them went smoothly and met my expectations completely. Having been involved with another agency made me see them as outstanding! |
